By helping you confront the challenges and emotions troubling you, I can help you learn how to define your way forward using clinically sound practices.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey. My professional education includes an MA in Clinical Mental Health and a PhD in Clinical Psychology.

With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I remain dedicated to continuous learning and staying current with the latest advancements in psychotherapy to provide my clients with the best care possible.

Mindfulness and self-care practices are my passions because they are essential for maintaining mental and emotional well-being.

In my practice, I employ a variety of intervention techniques, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to empower clients to overcome their pasts and build resilient futures.
