My goal is to help you improve your mental health.
In an ever-changing world, one thing is sure: a compassionate therapist can make all the difference in your mental health journey.
I understand the importance of equipping my clients with proven techniques to improve their mental health and emotional well-being. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or one of the many other areas that I treat, my goal is to help you explore the root of your concerns and apply clinically proven strategies for a comprehensive treatment experience.
You will find that I use a versatile and insightful approach to meet you where you are and help you challenge the situations and emotions you want to change as an individual, couple, or family. Through the therapeutic process, I aim to help you learn and grow on your journey to emotional wellness and healing.
Here is information about my training.
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey. My master’s degrees are in Clinical Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.
After six years of higher education teaching experience, I am now pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I also have certificates from the Beck Institute of Cognitive Behavior Therapy for treating anxiety and depression.
When I am not counseling or studying…
I enjoy diverse forms of exercise, from high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to tranquil hikes, games, and quality time with my loved ones.
