About Sharon Harris, LAMFT

My goal is to help clients reframe their narratives.

You have a personal, profound, and powerful story to tell. Sometimes, however, you need help understanding how your story has brought you to where you are, what you should do with your life story, or even where your story leaves you after all this time. This is where I come into the picture.

Throughout my professional career, I have dedicated myself to helping clients rewrite their life stories by transforming narratives of pain, loss, and struggle into tales of resilience, strength, and empowerment.

When you sit across from me in a therapy session, I aim to help you feel empowered to explore your history and shape your story as you move forward. My empathetic and insightful approach can help you reclaim your narrative and foster growth, healing, and transformation.

My approach is compassionate and collaborative. Having a therapist who believes in you and your strengths can teach you to think better about yourself. I strive to facilitate a safe space where you can explore different aspects of your identity, reframe your experiences, and ultimately uncover your untold stories to create a narrative for your life that aligns with your values and goals.

Here is information about my training.
